Looking for a full time bookkeeper Monday- Friday
Description:
▪ Prepare bank disbursement sheets, track bank draws, disperse payables checks, job costing and expense allocation on various construction projects.
▪ Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions.
▪ Prepare w2’s and 1099’s for taxes. Help prepare the quarterly and annual taxes.
▪ Prepare financial statements and balance sheets as needed.
▪ Make sure insurance certificates and w-9’s are current and on file for audits.
▪ Share Receptionist Duties
▪ Keep supplies for the office ordered.
▪ Various other tasks as assigned.
